Dedicated staff:
We offer specialized recruiting and staffing expertise to ensure fully licensed, experienced and credentialed staff specializing in adult rehab are at every location. A clinician in the role of Director of Rehab is positioned to assist in the daily operations of the therapy department and serve as information liaison between facility / patient / family. Impressive employee retention translates to loyal staff uniting as a group dedicated to improving lives. Each rehab department utilizes fully electronic (paperless) documentation to assist in streamlining this process. In addition, extensive training is provided for all new staff.

Programs

Hands-on therapy, first and foremost. We supplement this with the most up to date equipment for rehabilitating our patients to the highest attainable functional level. We take an inter-disciplinary approach, utilizing therapists

from each specialty area to develop a personalized treatment plan for each patient. Our therapists work together as a team, using a variety of methodologies, to achieve the greatest improvement based on each patient's needs and abilities.
